Joomla 4 is the next major version of Joomla scheduled for release end of 2017/early 2018. In this talk we'll look at what we can expect to see from Joomla 4, including:
- It's much improved plugin system
- New administrator user interface built on bootstrap 4
- Rebuilt media manager
- One page installer
We'll investigate cool new HTML5 features like CSS Grid and Custom Elements which we can use to improve accessibility and user experience. We'll make sure to leave 5 minutes at the end for a brief question and answer session so you feel prepared for the road ahead of us!
